When applying for admission to a course or classes, the applicant must clearly indicate the course for which he/she wishes to take classes and the necessary information specified by the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine and the World College of Natural Medicine in the application form or contract.
2 The contract between the applicant and our company is concluded when the applicant has paid the application fee specified by our company and our company has confirmed the payment. The payment must be made in cash or by credit card, whichever comes first.
3 Once the contract has been concluded and the applicant has submitted the course contract and the application form and has paid the course tuition fees in full (hereinafter referred to as the "enrolment procedure" as designated by our organisation). 4 After the contract has been concluded, the applicant shall be entitled to cancel the contract.

6 Once the contract has been concluded, the student may start classes on the prescribed starting date. However, if there is a justifiable reason, such as the number of students who have signed a contract for the same course at the same time is less than the number of places available at the World Natural Medicine College Japan, the World Natural Medicine College Japan may change the start date of classes with prior notice to the student.
7 The student may not transfer or lend the class qualification to a third party without the consent of our group.

Article 4: Refund of tuition fees

In this case, World Natural Medicine Japan will set a new class deadline according to the content and number of untaught curricula, and the student shall complete the class within the class deadline. However, this does not apply in the case of a leave of absence approved by the World Natural Medicine Graduate University Japan in accordance with Article 9 of these regulations and the class deadline is extended.

Article 8: Rescheduling of the course curriculum

The student shall be able to retake the class curriculum in accordance with the regulations stipulated separately by the World Natural Medicine University Japan.

Article 13: Completion of the course

When a student completes a course, it is assumed that he or she has completed the entire mandatory curriculum of the chosen course. 2 When all graduation requirements have been met, the World Natural Medicine Graduate School Japan will issue a certificate of graduation and qualification.
